How ordering works

Pakistan Office Supplies sells wholesale by purchase order. There is no card checkout and no cash on delivery: you confirm a purchase order, transfer the amount, and we deliver.

  1. Browse the catalog

    Every product shows our wholesale price per unit, the unit weight and any minimum order quantity.

  2. Build a purchase order

    Create a buyer account and add products to your draft purchase order. The merchandise total and total weight update as you change quantities.

  3. Confirm the totals

    Once your email and WhatsApp number are verified, confirm the purchase order. You receive a reference in the form POS-PO-2026-00001.

  4. Transfer with your PO reference

    Pay the merchandise total by online or bank transfer, using the purchase order reference as the narration.

  5. POS delivers within 7 working days of payment

    When your payment clears, we pack your order as one bulk package and deliver it to your premises within 7 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays), anywhere in Pakistan couriers reach.
