Who can buy from Pakistan Office Supplies?
Shopkeepers restocking stationery and office goods, corporate procurement and admin officers, and bulk buyers such as schools, tuition centres and home offices. Create a buyer account to place purchase orders.
Why do I need to verify my email and WhatsApp number?
Both must be verified before you can confirm a purchase order. You can browse and build a draft purchase order while verification is pending.
What price will I pay?
The wholesale price per unit shown on each product page. Some products have lower prices for larger quantities; the purchase order uses the price for the quantity you order. Prices are in Pakistani rupees.
What is a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Some products can only be ordered in a minimum number of units. The minimum is shown on the product page, and a purchase order cannot be confirmed below it.
How do I pay?
By online or bank transfer, using your purchase order reference as the narration. Bank details appear on your purchase order after you confirm it. There is no card payment or cash on delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
POS delivers your bulk package to your premises within 7 working days of your payment clearing. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Do you deliver outside major cities?
Yes. We deliver across Pakistan wherever couriers operate, including smaller towns and villages. Choose "Other" as your city when you register and type your town.
Why does my purchase order show a total weight?
The total weight tells us how large your bulk package will be for packing. It is shown for information and does not change the price you transfer.
Can prices change after I confirm?
No. A confirmed purchase order keeps the prices and weights it was confirmed with. Prices on a draft purchase order refresh to the current price until you confirm.
